The delivery rider is responsible to deliver the food ordered by customer and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Can manage multiple orders, delivery locations, and customers at the same time.
- Deliver orders within an optimal period of time, ensuring freshness of food and respecting customer preferences.
- Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions.
- Navigate local streets and highways with ease using a GPS.
- Communicate clearly with customers and food service employees, demonstrating an eagerness to work through any issues or points of confusion.
- Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 1 year(s) of work experience in related field is required for this position
- Willing to travel across NCR cities
- Willing to render overtime
- Can work under supervision
- Physically fit to work
- Must have good attitude toward work (respectful, punctual, trustworthy, etc.), street smart, and has good character
- Must have a valid Professional Driver's License with 1,2,3 restrictions
- Must have own motorcycle
- Can start immediately
