The General Accounting Clerk is responsible for the verification and input of invoices for vendors and clients. This role also assists with audits, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed as payment for services are made.
Duties and Responsibilies:
- Peforming all the auditing and accounting work.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Prepare the summary of SLSP. QAP and SAWT for Tax filing.
- Review and file payroll documents.
- Reviews invoices for accuracy, submitting for approval, and attaching appropriate documentation.
- Performs various clerical duties such as word processing, data entry.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

- Flexible, self-driven, organized and result oriented
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
