The Human Resource Assistant (Client Management) will administer three functions: labor relations, data management, and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle employment-related inquiries of employees.
- Participate in administrative hearings and other meetings pertaining to employee welfare.
- Maintain the employee master lists and ensure that all data are updated real time.
- Handle records management by issuing necessary HR documents to employees such as Certificate of Employment, Personnel Action Form, memorandum, etc.
- Support the other HR functions when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Possesses integrity and professionalism
- Thorough knowledge of behavioral psychology and laws pertaining to local employment
- Undergraduate degree is not required but is an advantage; a graduate of social sciences or human resource management is an advantage
- No work experience required
