The Legal Assistant or paralegal professional is responsible for helping lawyers and other legal professionals by conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and providing other assistance as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform research works on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect the operations of the company.
- Perform administrative, legal, client coordination, and documentation assistance to lawyers.
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the attorney's calendar and making travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Has experience as an dministrative assistant ( preferably working in law firm or in a company under legal department)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a bachelor's degree holder in any business course (Legal Management is a plus)
