HR Assistant

The Human  Resource Assistant (Client Management) will administer three functions: labor relations, data management, and customer service. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle employment-related inquiries of employees.
  • Participate in administrative hearings and other meetings pertaining to employee welfare.
  • Maintain the employee master lists and ensure that all data are updated real time.
  • Handle records management by issuing necessary HR documents to employees such as Certificate of Employment, Personnel Action Form, memorandum, etc.
  • Support the other HR functions when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Possesses integrity and professionalism
  • Thorough knowledge of behavioral psychology and laws pertaining to local employment
  • Undergraduate degree is not required but is an advantage; a graduate of social sciences or human resource management is an advantage
  • No work experience required
