The Operations Manager oversees the overall operation and management of the club and ensure strict implementation of the code of conduct. He or she shall conduct the specific tasks below.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement training for all employees with focus on providing seamless customer experience.
- Administer job performance evaluation.
- Cultivate and improve employees' professionalism and ensure a harmonious work environment that contributes to the employees' growth.
- Implement strategies to strengthen customer loyalty by holding cocktail parties and related activities.
- Explore new markets for business expansion.
- Identify the needs and understand the frustration of guests by conducting customer feedback analysis.
- Submit daily and monthly business reports, including financial statements, to shareholders.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of management experience in a five-star hotel, upscale club, or casino
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- With pleasing personality and strong interest in club management
- Fluent in Chinese and English; Fluency in Filipino is an advantage
